Uncertainty in the property market is likely to continue until Chancellor Rachel Reeves delivers her Autumn Budget on November 26th. Many experts believe we could see key reforms—potentially even a Stamp Duty overhaul.
Even if there’s little immediate change, December usually brings a natural slowdown as families turn their focus to Christmas. We’ve also seen an influx of flats coming to market—many ex-rentals—as landlords (some ‘accidental’) react to upcoming policy changes and choose to exit the rental market.
